BW Golf Tournaments


The Bearded Warriors Golf Tournament Series is one of our largest and most popular annual fundraising events. Every year since its inception, the tournament has sold out well in advance of the event date. Because, well, who doesn't like getting out of the office for a few hours on a work day to play a round of golf with a fun crew and drink a beer or twelve on a sunny day - especially when it's all for a good cause?

Operation Ovation


Using materials donated by our outstanding community partner The Home Depot, the Bearded Warriors team identifies Veterans in need of assistance with home repairs or general beautification projects. With tools in hand, we assemble a crew of volunteers (of all skill and experience levels) to provide the labor necessary to complete the job - with zero cost to the Veterans in need.

Operation SAFER Together


BW is a founding stakeholder in the SAFER initiative, a grassroots suicide prevention effort dedicated to offering an additional layer of support for Military, Veterans, and First Responders (MVFR). By assembling a network of Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs), we facilitate a secure firearms and ammunition storage option for those in the MVFR community - especially during transitional, high-risk life events.

Buckets of Love


We fill Home Depot buckets with snack, clean socks, over the counter medicines, first aid supplies, chapstick, and any other donated goodies we can get our hands on and gift them to our homeless friends. It is a small gesture of kindness and hopefully a reminder that there is good in the world.

Freedom Fridays - Wall of Heroes


In partnership with one of Huntsville’s hottest new watering hole, PBR Lockhart, Bearded Warriors assists with the nomination of military Veterans for their monthly entries into the Wall of Honor.

Want to Help Your Community?

Most of us have kids and full time jobs, so we know what it's like. Whether you show up to every event or even just one event a year, you're still a Bearded Warrior to us. Hell, even having a beard isn't a prerequisite! 


We have some members that can only support us financially, especially those who have moved out of the North Alabama / Tennessee Valley area - and that's perfectly acceptable too.
